Case - 1 : We have executed a 3D Modelling project for body mounted brake systems from 2d drawing for one of the reputed manufacturer of the same system.. The scope of work comprises of 1. Conversion of 2D engineering drawings for Bogie Mounted Brake System into 3D part models.
2. The 3D part models is assembled and paper drawing output of individual parts and of complete assembly is generated.
3. Electronic format of all the 3D models is provided in neutral format.
4. Electronic format of all the 2D models is provided in DWG format.
5. Additionally, all 3D models is saved in jpeg format, which can be used in MS-Word, etc.

CASE - 2

Similler projects has been executed for C2W Valve.

CASE - 3

This is also a similler project, for passenger alarm systems used in railways. 3D modelling is done for all 36 parts and assemled those part to generate a complete solid asembled models. Individual drawings are generated from the model and given out pu in .dwg format (specific requirement of the customer.)

Project - 1

We have executed two project for 3D Modelling of industrial fan and development of a variable sheet. The scope of work for the project is given below :

SCOPE OF 3D MODELLING

1.	3D Models using 3D Modelling software
2.	No. of Components Modeled is approximately 30 Nos. All components modeled as they are manufactured in real life.
3.	Detailed 2D manufacturing drawings of all components including standard text, library, views, BOM, weight and surface area is generated.
4.	GA Drawings are generated as per the companies standard including BOM.

SCOPE OF PROGGRAMMING

1.	Programming Language used: Visual Basic 6
2.	Integrating Solid modelling software Command with Visual Basic Interface (Front End)
3.	Modification of main assembly without interacting with Solid modelling software.
4.	Error free updated drawings.
5.	Scale / Rotate drawings & Models with its dimension by just putting new parameter in the developed parameter table.
6.	Bill of material generation
7.	Attaching different accessories with the main assembly as per requirement and change it’s parameters.
8.	Automatic generation of specification sheet in the drawing assembly.
9.	Advance technical Information is generated in separate sheet.
10.	Delivery Part List is generated in separate sheet.
11.	Weight calculation of components for the assembly is given in separate sheet.

Similler projects for Padestel bearing and 6 other components are also been completed.
